Phạm Văn Đức

CFO, Hanoi Distribution Company

The leadership seminar was exactly what our executive team needed before we started receiving vendor pitches. We went from having no shared framework for evaluating AI proposals to being able to ask the right questions and push back when something didn't add up. That alone saved us from a significant misdirection in Q4.

Ngô Thị Lan

Head of IT, Healthcare Services Company, Hanoi

The data readiness program gave us something we'd been unable to produce internally — a clear, independent view of where our data actually stood. The scorecard was uncomfortable reading in some areas, but that's precisely what we needed. The action plan was specific enough to assign directly to team members. We're still working through it six months later.

Trương Quang Minh

COO, Financial Services SME, Ho Chi Minh City

We signed the advisory retainer eight months ago and the monthly consultations have changed how our leadership team thinks about technology investment generally, not just AI. The quarterly training workshops for staff have also reduced the anxiety our team felt about AI — people feel more informed and less worried about being replaced.

Lê Hương Giang

Director of Operations, Logistics Company, Hải Phòng

What I appreciated most was that Đèn Trí didn't arrive with a solution already in mind. They spent the first few weeks genuinely trying to understand our operations and our data situation before saying anything prescriptive. The governance policy they helped us develop is now in active use. Our compliance team was particularly impressed by how thoroughly it addressed Decree 13.

Đặng Thành Long

General Director, Education Services, Hanoi

We run a company that trains other organizations, so we were particularly attentive to how Đèn Trí structured the seminar. The discussion format is genuinely effective — it drew out the actual concerns our leadership had rather than running through slides at them. I've borrowed some of the structure for our own delivery. That says quite a lot.

Vũ Ngọc Bích

Data Manager, Manufacturing Group, Bình Dương

I'd worked with external consultants before who would tell you what's wrong without helping you build the internal capacity to fix it. Đèn Trí operates differently — they work alongside your team, which meant our people actually understood the governance framework we built together and could maintain it after the engagement ended. That's the difference.

Case Studies

CASE STUDY 01 — FINANCIAL SERVICES

Building AI Readiness at a Mid-Size Financial Services Company

CHALLENGE

A Hanoi-based financial services company with 140 employees was receiving strong internal pressure from shareholders to "adopt AI." Leadership was unsure what that meant in practice and was concerned about data privacy obligations under Vietnamese law.

SOLUTION

Đèn Trí delivered the Leadership Seminar to align the executive team, then ran the Data Readiness Program with IT and three department heads. The program produced a data scorecard, Decree 13 compliance review, and governance policy document.

RESULTS

Leadership entered the following board meeting with a clear position on AI investment timing. The data audit identified two significant compliance gaps that were remedied within 6 weeks. The organization is now actively evaluating a specific AI use case with a foundation to do so responsibly.

"Six months ago we couldn't agree on what AI meant for us as a company. Now we have a governance policy, a compliance review, and a shared sense of direction. That's a real change."

— Executive Director

CASE STUDY 02 — LOGISTICS

12-Month Advisory Engagement with a Growing Logistics Group

CHALLENGE

A logistics group expanding rapidly across northern Vietnam wanted to explore AI for route optimization and demand forecasting. Their leadership recognized they lacked the internal knowledge to evaluate vendor proposals or to know whether their data could support such systems.

SOLUTION

The organization engaged the 12-month advisory retainer. Monthly consultations helped leadership evaluate and ultimately decline two vendor proposals that didn't suit their data infrastructure. Quarterly workshops upskilled operations managers on AI concepts relevant to their day-to-day work.

RESULTS

After 9 months of retainer engagement, the organization selected a route optimization tool that aligned with their actual data capabilities. Operations managers report higher confidence in working alongside the tool. The retainer is being renewed for a second year.

CASE STUDY 03 — HEALTHCARE ADMINISTRATION

Data Governance for a Healthcare Services Organization

CHALLENGE

A healthcare administration company holding patient and insurance data was aware of obligations under Vietnamese data protection law but had no formal data governance framework and no clear picture of what data it held or where.

SOLUTION

The Data Readiness Program was adapted to the healthcare context. The audit covered patient data handling, storage architecture, and third-party sharing. The resulting governance policy incorporated both Decree 13 obligations and sector-specific considerations.

RESULTS

The data readiness scorecard was used directly in a regulatory self-assessment. Three data handling practices were revised. The organization now has a documented, assigned data governance framework — a significant improvement from the informal approach that preceded the program.
