Who are these programs designed for?
Our programs are designed for Vietnamese organizations — typically mid-size to large businesses, government-adjacent entities, and growing companies — who want to understand AI and prepare their teams and data infrastructure for it. The leadership seminar suits executive teams at the very start of this process, while the retainer serves organizations ready for a sustained, structured engagement.
Do we need to have technical staff to participate?
No technical background is required for any of our programs. The Leadership Seminar is built for non-technical executives. The Data Readiness Program works with your existing IT staff and department leaders together. We translate technical concepts into organizational decisions — that's part of our role.
How long before we see meaningful results?
It depends on where your organization starts. After the Leadership Seminar, leadership teams typically leave with a clearer framework within the same day. The Data Readiness Program delivers its scorecard and action plan within 8 weeks. The advisory retainer builds momentum over quarters, with the first tangible improvements often visible within the first 3–6 months of engagement.
How does pricing work — are there additional fees?
Each program is priced as listed. The seminar and data readiness program are fixed-scope engagements — the stated price covers the full delivery. The advisory retainer is an annual arrangement, invoiced according to a schedule we agree upon during onboarding. There are no hidden costs.
Can we start with the seminar and move to a larger program later?
Absolutely — this is quite a common path. Many organizations begin with the Leadership Seminar to build shared understanding at the executive level, then move into the Data Readiness Program once there is internal alignment, and eventually engage the advisory retainer when they're ready for a sustained commitment. Each program is also valuable as a standalone engagement.
Is my data and organizational information kept confidential?
Yes. All client engagements are conducted under a formal confidentiality agreement. We do not share client information, organizational findings, or internal data assessments with third parties. Discretion is a core operating principle at Đèn Trí.
