How We Work
Every Đèn Trí engagement follows the same underlying logic: understand first, then advise. Before any recommendation is offered, our advisors spend time with your leadership and data teams learning the actual state of your organization — not assuming a standard profile and fitting a standard solution to it.
Our three programs map onto a natural progression. Organizations that are just beginning to think seriously about AI typically start with the Leadership Seminar. Those that have internal alignment but need to prepare their data and governance infrastructure move into the Data Readiness Program. Organizations ready for a sustained, structured engagement over time work with us through the Advisory Retainer.
Each program is available as a standalone engagement. Organizations don't need to start at the beginning or commit to a particular path. We'll help you identify where to start based on your current situation.

AI Data Readiness & Governance Program
An 8-week program helping organizations prepare their data foundations for meaningful AI adoption. Covers data audit methodology, quality assessment, storage and access architecture review, privacy compliance alignment with Vietnamese data protection regulations, and the development of internal data governance policies. Works with IT leadership and department data stakeholders to build a practical data management framework.

A named senior advisor maintains ongoing familiarity with your operations, culture, and goals.
